CORRECTIONAL SERVICES (RELATED AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 2014 (NO 27 OF 2014) - SECT 6

(1)     After section 15A(1)

insert

    (1A)     In addition, sections 11 and 13 do not apply in respect of a spent record in relation to an application to become one of the following:

    (a)     a correctional services officer;

    (b)     a public sector employee in the Agency administering the Correctional Services Act ;

    (c)     an official visitor;

    (d)     a volunteer.
