Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) If this Act, or a notice under this Act, specifies a time for a person to take an action, the Minister may extend the time if satisfied there are circumstances to justify the extension.
(2) The Minister may extend the time on the Minister's own initiative or on the written request of the person required to take the action.
