Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) A health care decision maker, other than one specified in section 13 (a) or (b), may relinquish authority under this Act at any time for any reason.
(2) If a health care decision maker relinquishes authority, the next person who meets the criteria of section 14 (1) is the appropriate health care decision maker.
