INDEPENDENT COMMISSIONER AGAINST CORRUPTION ACT 2017 (NO 23 OF 2017) - SECT 152

A person commits an offence if the person:

    (a)     intentionally represents, by words or conduct, that the person or another person is an authorised officer; and

    (b)     knows the representation is false.

Maximum penalty:     200 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years.
