4     Prescribed provision

    (1)     For section 4 of the Act, definition "alcohol-related infringement notice", paragraph (d), section 170B(1) of the Liquor Act 2019 is prescribed.

    (2)     This regulation is repealed immediately after the repeal of section 170B of the Liquor Act 2019 by section 170D of that Act.
