LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2006 (NO 38 OF 2006) - SECT 603

    (1)     An appointment of an external intervener is subject to:

    (a)     any conditions imposed by the Law Society; and

    (b)     any conditions imposed by or under the regulations.

    (2)     The Society may impose conditions:

    (a)     when the appointment is made; or

    (b)     during the term of the appointment.

    (3)     The Society may revoke or vary conditions imposed under subsection (2).
