LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2006 (NO 38 OF 2006) - SECT 642

    (1)     The Law Society may manage its financial affairs in the way it considers appropriate.

    (2)     Subsection (1) has effect subject to:

    (a)     requirements of the regulations; and

    (b)     Part 5 of the Associations Act as applied by section 645(1).
