Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) Before making a decision relating to any application under this Act, the Minister may require the applicant to give the Minister additional information, or take an action, relevant to the application.
(2) At any time during the period a mineral title is in force, the Minister may require the title holder to give the Minister information, or take an action, relevant to the mineral title.
