Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) This section applies to a person who was a Commissioner for Oaths under section 17(2) of the repealed Act immediately before the commencement.
(2) The person continues to be a commissioner for oaths until the end of the person's term of appointment under the repealed Act as if the person had been appointed under section 23 (2) of this Act.
