"hospital "means:

    (a)     a hospital as defined in section 5 of the Medical Services Act ; or

    (b)     a private hospital as defined in section 4A of the Private Hospitals Act ; or

    (c)     a residential facility for which an approval is in force under the Aged Care Act 1997 (Cth) for an approved provider to provide residential care to persons in the facility.
