PAYROLL TAX ACT 2009 (NO 18 OF 2009) - SECT 11

For this Act, wages that are not paid in respect of services performed by an employee in a particular month are taxable wages as if they were paid or payable in respect of services performed during the month in which they were paid or became payable.
