PAYROLL TAX ACT 2009 (NO 18 OF 2009) - SECT 58

Subject to section 60, wages are exempt wages if they are paid or payable by:

    (a)     a local governing body; or

    (b)     a union or partnership of which all the members are local governing bodies.
