Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) The Attorney-General or a person in relation to whom the Supreme Court makes a decision under this Act (the original decision ) may appeal to the Court of Appeal against that decision.
(2) The appeal may be on matter of fact, law or fact and law.
