Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) This section applies if the Court of Appeal has remitted a matter to the Supreme Court under section 106 (1)(e) but the matter has not been heard by the Supreme Court.
(2) The Court of Appeal may make an interim continuing detention order or interim supervision order in relation to the person the subject of the remitted matter pending the hearing of the matter by the Supreme Court.
