Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) On request by the Attorney-General, the Director of Correctional Services must give to the Attorney-General any information in the possession or control of the Director that is reasonably necessary to enable the Attorney-General to perform the Attorney-General's functions under this Act.
(2) A person who gives the requested information to the Attorney-General is not liable, civilly, criminally or under an administrative process, for giving the information.
