SERIOUS SEX OFFENDERS ACT 2013 (NO 9 OF 2013) - SECT 12
Detainee cannot be granted bail or parole
(1) A detainee cannot be granted bail under the
Bail Act .
(2) A parole order cannot be made under the Parole
of Prisoners Act in relation to a detainee.
