Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) This section applies if the person who is or will be the supervisee is a reportable offender under the Child Protection (Offender Reporting and Registration) Act .
(2) The court must ensure, as far as is reasonably practicable, that the requirements in the supervision order are not inconsistent with the person's obligations as a reportable offender.
(3) The court may amend the person's prohibition order under the Child Protection (Offender Reporting and Registration) Act to avoid an inconsistency.
(4) When making or amending a supervision order, the court must explain to the person the effect of section 62 on his or her obligations under this Act and the Child Protection (Offender Reporting and Registration) Act .
