SERIOUS SEX OFFENDERS ACT 2013 (NO 9 OF 2013) - SECT 27

If the Supreme Court sets a hearing date under section 25 (2)(a):

    (a)     the Attorney-General must notify the Director of Correctional Services of the date; and

    (b)     the Director of Correctional Services must then prepare a supervision report about the offender under section  88 .
