SERIOUS SEX OFFENDERS ACT 2013 (NO 9 OF 2013) - SECT 29

    (1)     This section applies if:

    (a)     the Supreme Court has set a hearing date under section  25 (2)(a); and

    (b)     the application made under section 23 has not been finally determined.

    (2)     A parole order cannot be made under the Parole of Prisoners Act in relation to the qualifying offender.
