SERIOUS SEX OFFENDERS ACT 2013 (NO 9 OF 2013) - SECT 35

If an application is made under section 33 :

    (a)     the Attorney-General must notify the Director of Correctional Services that the application has been made; and

    (b)     the Director of Correctional Services must then prepare a supervision report about the supervisee under section  88 .
