Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) On hearing an application made under section 40 , the Supreme Court may amend the supervision order if satisfied it would be appropriate to do so.
(2) However, the Court cannot amend the order to reduce the duration of the order to a period of less than 5 years from the date it came into force.
