SERIOUS SEX OFFENDERS ACT 2013 (NO 9 OF 2013) - SECT 50

Section 122 of the Police Administration Act applies in relation to a warrant under section 49 as if:

    (a)     the warrant were being sought under that Act; and

    (b)     a reference in section 122 of that Act to a justice were a reference to a magistrate; and

    (c)     if the applicant is not a police officer – the applicant were a police officer.
