SERIOUS SEX OFFENDERS ACT 2013 (NO 9 OF 2013) - SECT 56

    (1)     This section applies if:

    (a)     a supervisee is arrested under a warrant issued under section  49 ; or

    (b)     a summons is issued under section  49 .

    (2)     The Attorney-General must notify the Director of Correctional Services of the arrest or issuing of the summons.

    (3)     The Director of Correctional Services must then prepare a supervision report about the supervisee under section  88 .
