Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) The Attorney-General has the onus of satisfying the Supreme Court that the supervisee has contravened, is contravening or is likely to contravene, his or her supervision order.
(2) The supervisee has the onus of satisfying the Court that it would not be appropriate to make the orders mentioned in section 58 (1).
