SERIOUS SEX OFFENDERS ACT 2013 (NO 9 OF 2013) - SECT 67

    (1)     If an application is made under section 65 or 2014_Acts063.html#_Ref342046553">66 , the Registrar of the Supreme Court must set a date for the hearing.

    (2)     The date set must be as soon as practicable after the application is made.
