SERIOUS SEX OFFENDERS ACT 2013 (NO 9 OF 2013) - SECT 76

    (1)     This section applies if an application has been made under section  73 or 2014_Acts063.html#_Ref346269543">74 but has not been finally determined.

    (2)     The Supreme Court may make a medical assessment order in relation to the detainee or supervisee.

    (3)     The Court may do so on application or on its own initiative.
