SERIOUS SEX OFFENDERS ACT 2013 (NO 9 OF 2013) - SECT 91

    (1)     If the respondent intends to rely on an affidavit in relation to the application, the respondent must:

    (a)     file the affidavit with the court; and

    (b)     serve a copy of it on the applicant.

    (2)     The affidavit must be filed and served at least 3 business days before:

    (a)     if the affidavit is to be relied on at a preliminary hearing under section 25 – the date set for that hearing under section 24 (1); or

    (b)     otherwise – the date set for the hearing of the application.
