YOUTH JUSTICE ACT 2005 (NO 32 OF 2005) - SECT 208

(1)     A member holds office for –

    (a)     3 years; or

    (b)     if a lesser period is specified in the instrument of appointment –
that period.

(2)     A member is eligible for re-appointment.
