Construction Industry Long Service Leave and Benefits Determinations
NT Build, pursuant to section 57 of the Construction
Industry Long Service Leave and Benefits Act, on 1 July 2005, made the
following determinations and, for the purposes of section 63(2)(a) of the
Interpretation Act, authorised Barry William Chambers, the Chairperson of
NT Build, to sign the determinations.
