CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY LONG SERVICE LEAVE AND BENEFITS DETERMINATIONS (NO 23 OF 2005) - REG 14

For section 97(3)(b)(ii) of the Act, the employee's LSL credits must be adjusted on the basis that any qualifying service disregarded under
section 97(3)(b)(i) does not give rise to any LSL credit.
