Northern Territory Numbered Regulations Northern Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A registered borrower is liable for any loss of, or damage to, library materials borrowed with the borrower's library identification.
(2) If library identification is lost, the registered borrower remains liable under clause (1) until a library officer is notified of the loss of the identification.
