Northern Territory Numbered Regulations Northern Territory Numbered Regulations(1) This regulation applies if the NT EPA decides under regulation 173 that an assessment is no longer required.
(2) The NT EPA must, by written notice to the proponent, terminate the environmental impact assessment process for the proposed action or strategic proposal.
