Northern Territory Numbered Regulations Northern Territory Numbered Regulations(1) If the CEO suspends the registration of a person as an environmental auditor or an environmental practitioner under regulation 247 , the CEO must give written notice to the person that the registration is suspended:
(a) for a specified period; or
(b) until conditions specified by the CEO are complied with; or
(c) until further notice by the CEO.
(2) A notice of a suspension under subregulation (1)(b) must state that the person's registration will be reinstated as soon as practicable after the person has complied with the specified conditions.
