ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION REGULATIONS 2020 (NO 6 OF 2020) - REG 266

Subject to regulations  152 , 2020_6013.html#_Ref33389062">268 and 2020_6013.html#_Ref33292946">269 , the NT EPA must give a proponent or approval holder under an environmental impact assessment process:

(a)     a copy of all written submissions the NT EPA receives during the environmental impact assessment process; and

(b)     a statement of the substance of each oral submission the NT EPA receives during the environmental impact assessment process.
