Northern Territory Numbered Regulations Northern Territory Numbered Regulations(1) The NT EPA may decide not to proceed with a referral of a proposed action or strategic proposal if the NT EPA has directed the proponent to give it additional information under regulation 40 and the proponent has failed to give that information within the period specified in that direction.
(2) The NT EPA must give written notice to the proponent of a decision under subregulation (1).
