ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION REGULATIONS 2020 (NO 6 OF 2020) - REG 63

    (1)     The NT EPA must prepare a statement of reasons for a decision or recommendation under regulation  57 or 2020_6013.html#_Ref33288055">58 .

    (2)     The statement of reasons for a decision under regulation  57 (2)(b) or 2020_6013.html#_Ref33288072">58 (1)(b) or (c) must specify the reasons for the required method of environmental impact assessment.

    (3)     The statement of reasons for a recommendation under regulation  57 (2)(c) or 2020_6013.html#_Ref33288087">58 (1)(d) must specify the reasons for the recommendation and the recommended method of environmental impact assessment.
