WAGAIT SHIRE COUNCIL (DOG MANAGEMENT) BY-LAWS 2019 (NO 27 OF 2019) - REG 32

A person commits an offence if:

(a)     the person intentionally engages in conduct; and

(b)     the conduct causes the owner of a dog to commit an offence against these By-laws; and

(c)     the person is reckless in relation to that result.

Maximum penalty:     20 penalty units.
