The Parliament of Queensland enacts-- 1
Clause 1 Short title 2
This Act may be cited as the Building Boost Grant 3
Amendment Act 2012. 4
Clause 2 Commencement 5
The following provisions are taken to have commenced on 1 6
February 2012-- 7
(a) section 4(1) to (3); 8
(b) sections 5 to 7. 9

`To remove any doubt, it is declared that section 14(f)(i) as in 6
force on and from 1 February 2012 applies, and is taken to 7
always have applied, to a home purchase contract made on or 8
after 1 August 2011 and before 1 May 2012.'. 9
