Clause 2. Part 2 and the schedule commence on a day to be fixed by 7

`62. In this part-- 3
"former subsidiary corporation" means Australian Travel and Leisure 4
Automated Systems. 5

`63.(1) This section applies to the members of the Corporation holding 7
office immediately before the commencement of this section. 8
`(2) The members continue to hold office until-- 9
(a) the end of their term of appointment; or 10
(b) they earlier vacate their office. 11
`(3) In addition, the member who was the chairperson immediately 12
before the commencement continues to be the chairperson after the 13
commencement. 14
`(4) However, the member who was the deputy chairperson immediately 15
before the commencement ceases to be the deputy chairperson on the 16
commencement but is eligible for reappointment. 17

`64. The former subsidiary corporation is dissolved on the 19
commencement of this section. 20

`65.(1) The assets and liabilities of the former subsidiary corporation 22
become assets and liabilities of the Corporation on the dissolution. 23
`(2) A legal proceeding by or against the former subsidiary corporation 24
that is not finished before the commencement of this section may be 25
continued and finished by or against the Corporation. 26

`(3) In addition, a legal proceeding that could have been started by or 1
against the former subsidiary corporation before the commencement of this 2
section may be started, continued and finished by or against the Corporation 3
