Achievement of the Objective The amendment achieves the objective by amending clause 41 of the Bill to clarify that the employment of casual staff under clause 41 is only to help the authority perform its functions under division 2. Estimated Cost for Government Implementation There is no cost to Government to implement the amendments. Consultation No consultation was conducted on the amendment as it is minor and technical in nature.
