moved during consideration in detail by The

Title of the Bill
Natural Resources and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2005

Objectives of the Amendments
The objective of the amendments is to change the number of a new part to be
inserted into chapter 6 of the Transport Infrastructure Act 1994 by this Bill
and to change the number of the section included in the new part, in order
to avoid a conflict with the numbering of a new part and section to be
inserted into chapter 6 of the Transport Infrastructure Act 1994 by the
Transport and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2005.


Notes on Provisions
Clause 1 amends clause 128 to change the heading to refer to `pt 9' instead
of `pt 8'.
Clause 2 amends clause 128 to change the number of the new part to `9'
instead of `8'.
Clause 3 amends clause 128 to change the number of the section in the new
part to `105ZP' instead of `105A'.
