32ZG Application of other Acts

The EDQ employing office is—

(a) a unit of public administration under the Crime and Corruption Act 2001 ; and

(b) a statutory body under—

(i) the Financial Accountability Act 2009 ; and

(ii) the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 .
