Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA temporary planning instrument expires on the earliest of the following days to occur—
(a) the day that is 2 years after the day it commences;
(b) a day of expiry stated in it;
(c) a day on which the affected instrument expires or is repealed.
