ENVIRONMENTAL OFFSETS ACT 2014 - SECT 79

79 Limitation on time for starting proceeding

A proceeding for an offence against section 37 or a provision of this part must start—

(a) within 1 year after the commission of the offence; or

(b) within 6 months after the offence comes to the complainant’s knowledge.
