EDUCATION (ACCREDITATION OF NON-STATE SCHOOLS) ACT 2001 - SECT 166

166 School survey data

(1) This section applies to the governing body of—

(a) a provisionally accredited school that is in operation; or

(b) an accredited school.

(2) The governing body must give the board details about the school prescribed under a regulation (
"school survey data" ).

(3) The school survey data must—

(a) relate to the day prescribed by regulation (the
"relevant day" ); and

(b) be in the approved form.

(4) The data must be given within 7 days after the relevant day.
