CIVIL PARTNERSHIPS REGULATION 2012 - REG 4

4 Civil partnerships under corresponding laws—Act, s 33

(1) For section 33 (2) of the Act , definition corresponding law , the laws in schedule 1 , part 1 are prescribed to be corresponding laws for the Act .

(2) For section 33 (1) of the Act , each relationship in schedule 1 , part 2 is taken to be registered as a civil partnership under the Act .
