145H Declaration for Act, s 955—Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority

For section 955(2) of the Act , the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority established under the Education (Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority) Act 2014 is declared not to be a national system employer for the purposes of the Commonwealth Fair Work Act.
