NATURE CONSERVATION (PROTECTED AREAS MANAGEMENT) REGULATION 2017 - REG 146
Disturbance by amplified sound
146 Disturbance by amplified sound
A person in a protected area must not use a sound amplifying system,
including, for example, a radio, in a way that unreasonably disturbs someone
else or an animal in the area.
Penalty— Maximum penalty—50 penalty
units.
