STATE PENALTIES ENFORCEMENT REGULATION 2014 - REG 13

13 Identifying particulars for animal

(1) This section applies to an infringement notice for an infringement notice offence involving an animal.

(2) The identifying particulars for the animal are the following particulars in relation to the animal—

(a) species or breed;

(b) colour;

(c) sex;

(d) identification tag, registration tag, collar, brand or tattoo;

(e) electronically coded implant;

(f) other noticeable distinguishing marks or features.
