SUPERANNUATION (STATE PUBLIC SECTOR) NOTICE 2010 - REG 13

13 Eligibility for basic accumulation category for former accumulation category members

(1) This section applies to a person who—

(a) on the commencement is a member in the basic accumulation category for the person’s employment; and

(b) is eligible for membership in the basic accumulation category for the employment only because of the operation of repealed section 18 .

(2) The person continues to be eligible for membership in the basic accumulation category for the employment.

(3) In this section—

"repealed section 18" means section 18 of this notice as in force immediately before the commencement.
